Terrible experience Says all the right things in the beginning - but once you sign the dotted line it’s his way or the highway. First home owners, young people looking to the market, don’t fall for the professional front because once that money is his, he will cut every corner, complete half the jobs himself to pocket the labour, and take full advantage of your inexperience.
Insults customer, doesn’t reply and communicate with clients in a timely manner, didn’t follow the contract signed, the house wasn’t built on time to the point that neighbors were even asking why it took so long to finish the house
