3 way caravan fridge needed repair. The tech diagnosed the problem was a blocked jet. The tech damaged the jet and, as a result we had ongoing problems until we obtained a diagnosis and repair by someone else. We were charged about $20 for rags they did not use, over $200 for the 40 minute service call. The company removed the cost of rags from the invoice but would not refund for the damage caused by their tech.

Feeling ripped off Quoted $250 for a simple gas certification on a boat. Charged $378 17 dollars for rags, and the plumber was on the clock from 7:35 when he was expected at 8am. Claimed it took 1 hr 45 mins. Wish I had read the reviews. The tradie was thorough no complaints about him but it seems this business is set up to take advantage. Lesson learned.

We had a Warrenty issue with our Truma Hot Water service from the 1st phone call to Taya, everything just flowed. She kept us informed every step of the way, amazing and excellent service. Very professional highly recommended
