I had back and neck stiffness after months of working on a farm in tractors and lifting items from the ground. After a session this morning I feel relieved and way more relaxed thanks to Dr. Ben. I recommend booking an appointment with them if you've been working physical jobs, even as a backpacker. You'll feel better!
Thank you Dr Ben for helping me get back to enjoying my holiday. After a squeezy flight to airlie beach, dragging heavy bags around airports, sleeping in a different bed and a bit of walking, my hips were throbbing. I was able to get a next day appointment, get readjusted and go straight back to shopping across the road in the main st of airlie beach. Now I can enjoy the rest of my holiday, thank you!
