Our car was booked in for a specific time because it had a strong smell of burning oil from the left hand rear wheel area. When we arrived, we were told there were no mechanics available to look at it, despite the booking, and we were asked to leave the car with them to diagnose the problem. We waited for a phone call with an update, but received no communication. Very easy to deal with and received great service
I broughty car in too have headlights replaced I gave them $1000 to get the parts, today they call me & say it is done,upon picking the car up & paying I returned to my car to find although being charged the headlights were not replaced with the new ones I paid for.The girl at the desk who is the owner then said it was a mistake .seems like theme going on these other reviews.Australians will put up with bushrangers,gamblers & larrikans but the one thing that Australian people can not stand is a sneaky squealer.
Managed to get myself into a proper pickle, and Zac at Elite Fleet Auto absolutely saved my bacon. Bloke didn't even blink—he heard my situation and said, "Righto, let's sort it," even though it was a bloody Sunday arvo. That's the sort of service you just don't see anymore. The workshop is cleaner than my house, everything's in its place, and the attention to detail is unreal.
