Prior to arrival at airlee apartments my group was warned over multiple phone calls by Karen to not be noisy as we would be asked to leave with no refund. Now I’m not sure if it’s policy or my group was being singled out but thought it was quite strange to begin with. Upon arrival Karen was quite rude and unwelcoming! Avoid this place at all costs! We had a terrible experience with Cathy, who seemed more interested in being rude than helpful. When we lost a key, she basically told us to call a locksmith without lifting a finger to assist us. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, and it felt like she was making assumptions about us based on racial profiling. To make matters worse, the beds were infested with bed bugs. Horrible customer service. Cathy the manager was extremely confrontational when we called up to mention we accidentally left keys in the room she rudely questioned whether i know how to read clearly talking about my email sent after booking confirmation stating its not her issue if a key is left in the room. regardless she then went on to make condescending comments saying while i’m out enjoying myself rudely calling her at 8pm on a sunday night she’s going to have to come open up my door before the conversation ended i said... read more
La proprietaria è stata molto poco disponibile da subito..siamo arrivati alle 17 di Pasquetta ed ha subito sottolineato che era chiuso la reception che aveva inviato tutto per whatsapp per il check in..ma avendo noi telefono straniero purtoppo non funziona sempre internet. Poi non ci ha voluto dare le asciugamani mare in affitto perche la reception era chiusa...e siamo stati senza in sei!!.L appartamento è carino..sulla piscina.. peccato solo che non puliscono sotto i letti..ci abbiamo trovato di tutto..tra scarafaggi morti ... read more
Gute Unterkunft für 3-4 Tage. Die Anlage ist super gelegen, so dass man selbst zu Fuß Airlie Beach erkunden kann. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Hauptstraße und der Lagune, auch ein großer Supermarkt liegt in ca. 650m Entfernung. Die Anlage sowie das Apartment sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und recht zweckmäßig, dafür aber sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Sehr schmale Betten.
