Bought a mattress around 2018 and had problem with it and trying to make a warranty claim. Some time in March 2023, the staff said Airland moving its operation out of Canada and will change business to just distributor and denied all claim. Stay away from this brand if you care about your family. I see nothing but dishonesty and fraud.
Store set to close all update if it does not shutdown. Nov 3 2020 Firm mattresses only. Just a warning this place sells mattresses for Asian people which generally are back sleepers and prefer firm mattresses. Firm mattresses are heavier and more expensive to produce therefore expect higher prices. Bedding is good quality often cotton or tencel fabric ( luxurious).
