Left a message inquiring on service for a dryer vent cleaning at 8 o' clock at night and was called the very next morning. Dana had me scheduled for the following day. Upon arrival Dana and his team got right to work on my dryer vent and shortly after discovered that my dryer vent was not exhausting to the outside rather into my ceiling instead.
