Nightmare company to deal with. I was going away for 2 months. The owner came to view my flat and recommended i could leave my clothes in the wardrobe if I left enough space for guests clothes. Same in the bathroom. On her advice i emptied half a wall to wall wardrobe and left tons of hangers. I also created 3 large shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. My stay at 63a Shanklin Road - Leila’s place managed by airhost for you. When entering into the property there was an awful strong smell of damp and as I walked round I saw black mould, rust and paint coming of the walls. I understand that some areas are affected by mould however at least someone needed to go in and open the windows and put the heating on to dry it out before having anyone stay. I rented an apartment on Battersea High Street for 5 nights through Richard at AirHost and had a very good experience. Richard was very responsive and friendly and the place was in really good condition, with everything one might need. Would definitely recommend!
