We had our ducts cleaned. We have a single 3" filter in the attic, so the individual filters on the return vents have been removed for some time. During the prep for the cleaning, a 12x12 filter vent was bent beyond repair, and his comment was "you don't really need it anyway". That was 3 weeks ago and I'm still irritated by the callousness of the comment. It's true that we don't 'need' the vent cover, the fact that it was basically destroyed for no reason is my reason for not having this company back to our home.
He was very caring and detailed oriented. He explained everything.thank you for replacing the transformer and thermostat
