I don’t know where to even begin. I had another company out several times this week in this brutal heat to address an issue where our upstairs A/C was blowing hot air. They could not resolve the issue, and were scheduled to come out a third time. The night before the 3rd appointment, I decided to call Airheads and request a second opinion. Excellent service again from Airheads! Only A/C company I will call. Fast service professional techs and fairly priced! What more could you ask for?

We had a these guys come out yesterday to do maintenance on the AC units. One of them had a pretty tough clog in the lines that they were unable to get out but TJ showed up bright and early this morning and was able to rectify the issue within an hour at no extra charge. Communication was excellent, the front desk staff was pleasant and highly recommend them for the price that they charge!

Corners cut and services billed/paid for not completed. Could not have had a more disappointing service with this company. First appointment was fine, they came out and looked at my system and quoted me to do a dye test for a rental unit of mine. Scheduled to come back two weeks later to test and see what they found and billed for the entire service. Never heard from them and called a couple weeks after the scheduled appointment. Was told by the snarky secretary that the tech would not call as we had a scheduled appointment ... read more
