I've used this company at least a handful of times and everytime the dispatcher is kind, accommodating. They are always able to get someone out same day, once on Christmas Eve no less. They have never tried to sell me anything that wasn't directly needed to repair the issue. Every technician has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable, especially Adam. Unprofessional experience all around. Still have no AC $10,000 later. 1 tech was crying on the phone with his girlfriend the entire day. 1 tech cursed out his boss in our driveway. 1 tech was smoking in my attic the entire time. They caused major structural damage to my home from a leak at a rate of over 120 beats per minute, and fried my new electrical panel.

Airheads Review 3/5 My AC system needed a valve replacement. Airheads’ office scheduled for work to be completed on a Friday afternoon at 3. The tech did 1 hour of prep work before pulling out the new valve and realizing that it was the wrong one. I spoke with the Airheads office and they said they scheduled to pick up the right part and will be back the following day.
