Bad intalation, unit doesn't have the required clearance on top and the drainage tube was placed higher than the units drain, which needed a drainage pump which buzzes every 1-2 minutes. Installed march 2026, for the bedrooms, so cannot use them when sleeping because of the constant buzz. The after sales service is nul even if they batched the installation unless you pay.
