I can't remember ever giving give a 1 star review. Typically there is some redeeming quality of service which rates higher. The phone system demonstrates poor business choices. No follow up by representatives (KW). Delivery schedules don't work. Our (unnamed) manufacturing company requires service. This service is a nonconformance waiting to happen. Look somewhere else unless you don't require service from your vendors.
