Helen at Airgas in Placerville took care of exactly what I needed. She took extra time to help me save some money, and told me as an all girl shop they strive to provide better friendlier service than their competitors.
Tamy and Helen are outstanding, I cannot event put into words how taken care of and fairly treated you’ll feel at this branch location. Always worth the drive!
Always a pleasure visiting the Placerville AirGas location. Tammy and Helen are always smiling and going the extra mile to help. Whether it’s trying to get my late order fit into the current delivery schedule, courtesy calling to let me know when the gas arrives for pickup or trying to figure out a way to save me a couple dollars on a tank rental or related purchase, they are always making sure that their customers are treated well and taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, they took the time to explain the differences between models and helped me find exactly what I needed. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. Great customer service and a great selection. Highly recommend!
