Giving ONE PITIFUL STAR to the billing department. My large family run business has given them thousands and thousands of dollars in monthly business for quite some time now. I was told today that my orders would not be filled if we didn't pay two small invoices they failed to notify us were unpaid from August and October. Its DECEMBER! We have NEVER paid late or not paid. We were going to include these invoices on our next check out to them but that wasn't good enough...they needed a credit card over the phone that very min... read more

Stay away from these people. They’ve lied to me numerous times about filling my oxygen tank. I finally had to call Airgas in Orlando, who was very helpful and took care of my problem.
