I had one of the worst experiences at the Airgas store in Daytona Beach. I came in as a Daytona State College student to purchase tools for my advanced welding course, and the way I was treated by the employees was completely unacceptable. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and downright rude. On top of that, the attitude I received felt discriminatory and left me extremely uncomfortable, as if I wasn’t welcome there at all. Giving ONE PITIFUL STAR to the billing department. My large family run business has given them thousands and thousands of dollars in monthly business for quite some time now. I was told today that my orders would not be filled if we didn't pay two small invoices they failed to notify us were unpaid from August and October. Its DECEMBER!
