I would highly recommend this place shout out to Paul The gentleman who stayed 30 minutes after his shift to save us in a pickle with our empty forklift tank in the Albany area. Outstanding service outstanding results and also staff that’s looking to go above and beyond!!! Please support this business and give paul a shoutout if you see him!!
Super easy experience. My father needed three c02 tanks refilled. I believe the customer service reps name was Justin but do not quote me on that. He informed me that Airgas couldn’t refill them due to the company buying out the companies on the bottle, but would be happy to switch them out. Painless experience and he was extremely pleasant and is clearly customer service oriented. We will be back!
