Super easy experience. My father needed three c02 tanks refilled. I believe the customer service reps name was Justin but do not quote me on that. He informed me that Airgas couldn’t refill them due to the company buying out the companies on the bottle, but would be happy to switch them out. Painless experience and he was extremely pleasant and is clearly customer service oriented. We will be back!
Excellent service
The guy working at the counter showed us a book on refund for returning cylinders. Go back to return cylinder a couple days later. And they say they have no such policy. Call the district manager and all he says “we dont buy back cylinders, is that all” then hangs up. This is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. We spent 270$ and bought the cylinders because we were told we would get 150$ back.
