The guy that helped me was impatient and rude.
After years of over billings and constant rent charges on tanks we own. we had to source our gas and welding supplies from another company. Very frustrated if you do not watch your bills they will over charge you.
They made an error we didn't catch on our end for some time. Spent many hours trying to resolve the issue. They refused to refund us ultimately. The service also often took multiple trips and the delivery people were not helpful. Sent a delivery man with a bad back to deliver 100s of pounds of tanks, ended up needing to move the tanks myself. Would not recommend.
The staff have become friends! It's not just about business with them. I continue to go here for my products because of the staff. Great job.
Been shopping at the store for good 30 years. Always deal with Tom. To make sure we are well taken care of. I've always dealt with Tom when I've been in this store and I've always been more than happy.
