I went to this store to refill an oxygen cylinder because the place I normally get oxygen was out. I was greeted by the clerk who was friendly and helpful. As I backed up to unload the bottle he asked if I had anyone with me. I didn't, he went on to explain that he wasn't supposed to unload cylinders because another employee had hurt his back unloading one. Stood there 20 mins waiting to buy a striker, old guy sat behind the counter waiting for an indecisive lady to decide which grit grinding disk to buy. Ran out of time waiting and left without buying. No one ever said a word to me for 20 mins.

Well for lack of better judgement I went back to the Centennial Boulevard location they are so slow every time you go in there they never have what you need ready even when you call ahead. Today I go there and what i want is not on the dock. So they call for someone to bring it to the doc and he brings it out and leaves it sitting in the parking lot doesn't even load it on the dock. How am I supposed to load bottles into my truck from the parking lot. That's the reason I pulled up to the loading dock.
