Wanted say they are very helpful and happy and work with me and make sure I'm taken care of quickly get all I need each time
Went in to get two propane tanks filled when I asked an employee standing outside if they would refill or exchange he replied "No those tanks are for airgas and we don't sell that." Three problems with statement, 1. It's was labeled propane and he seen that. 2. There is no such thing as airgas. And 3 if there was such thing as airgas don't you think a company named airgas would sell it? Too cold to fill my tanks but not cold enough to smoke a cigarette.
Horrible service both sales people at the counter are useless. Had issues getting nitrogen cylinders refilled. Due to corporate account being "past due". When bills are paid on time. When even trying to pay with a cash account seemed like it was pulling nails to assist. Avoid this location better service at Fairfield one.
