Drove 40 minutes to this place today ( I should have called first) My first time being in there today to exchange a 3ft argon tank my brother bought here a couple months ago, immediately after seeing the tank, my business was turned down. I go here to get my CO2 gas.
Absolutely bad customer service. We’ve order liquid oxygen for the past 13 years and always picked up in out hi-rail pick up. Been here for over an hour trying to load the tank onto the truck but they’re saying it’s unsafe, so they’re refusing giving us the tank.
