Had the tanks and welding materials. Knew what they were talking about about and fast service.
My company has an account with Troll and have been very happy with them for all their services. But Airgas is closer and we have a couple portable torches that use the #1 bottles. So we tend to head over there for those if needed in-between Toll's delivery service. Out of 8 times in the last year not one, not one, decent customer service person. Fair enough, but when I exchanged 3 months ago and today a female told me 3 out of 4 bottles needed to pay an extra fee for being expired when she never looked at the bottles. All ar... read more

After 20yrs of doing business with AirGas, I will have to switch suppliers. Between not getting any discounts because my shop isn’t big enough, no consumable delivery options that do not cost Me extra, and multiple order screw ups recently I’m done. Very disappointed in the corporate nature this company has taken. Great employees I have met over the years but the time and money these inconveniences have cost me are to high.
