After 20yrs of doing business with AirGas, I will have to switch suppliers. Between not getting any discounts because my shop isn’t big enough, no consumable delivery options that do not cost Me extra, and multiple order screw ups recently I’m done. Very disappointed in the corporate nature this company has taken. Great employees I have met over the years but the time and money these inconveniences have cost me are to high.
I'm writing this review as I'm being checked out. I want to commend Sabrina and Brent for their excellent customer service! I'm completely new to welding and am starting school this semester and they answered all my questions (there were many) and helped me find all the necessary items for my classes. I'm confident that, with their assistance, I'll have everything I need for a successful welding semester! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Sabrina and Brent!
