Excellent service every time I stop by here! Fair prices on cylinders, and the guys working here are friendly and nice to chat with.
Called here to see if I could get my 20 pound tank filled of CO2 guy on the phone extremely rude because I asked to speak to someone else because he didn’t have the answers to the questions I asked and then claimed to tell me that there’s nobody else there everyone else is on vacation very unprofessional can’t say I expected any more from a place in Fall River.
The customer service and knowledge here are exceptional. Short on time, I needed to replace some outdated regulators and supplies. Tom and the crew did not over sell or pressure me into purchasing items I didn't need. I've been purchasing my supplies and equipment here for years and will continue to do so. The dedication and loyalty to customers, both long term and short term, are critical to their reputation. 5 Stars for sure. Keep up the great work.
