The customer service and knowledge here are exceptional. Short on time, I needed to replace some outdated regulators and supplies. Tom and the crew did not over sell or pressure me into purchasing items I didn't need. I've been purchasing my supplies and equipment here for years and will continue to do so. The dedication and loyalty to customers, both long term and short term, are critical to their reputation. 5 Stars for sure. Keep up the great work.

I don't recommend going here. They exchanged my new oxygen and new acetylene tanks with rusty tanks. The acetylene tank wouldn't open at all it was rusted shut. I had to go back to exchange the tank. The store employee, Tom couldn't even open the tank. I asked if he would give me a credit for all the trouble as a courtesy. Tom told me no and ran back inside.

The two gentlemen behind the counter are amazing. My husband and I were up in RI for a trip and needed dry ice. They were more than friendly and offered tons on suggestions and help since we were novice to the use of dry ice. We went out of our way to go back in and specifically get more just from this store.
