Went in to get the CO2 for my kegerator refilled. Was met with the absolute rudest response. Dude laughed in my face at the fact I wanted to get a 5lbs bottle filled (last welding shop was happy to do it), and laughed again when I asked nicely if he knew anyone who did. I’ll give them a miss next time I need my big bottles refilled.
Professional and friendly. Beginners are welcome, well stocked too.
This guy lied to me, told me they didnt have any co2 tanks left. I called back 45 mins later and he tells me he had 1 left and i said great I'm 12 mins away, showed up 12 mins later, and he said he had just sold it to someone. Had he not lied to me from the get go, I would've gotten in my car and grabbed the last one 45 mins earlier. Wasted a 1/2 hour and gas to get there. He couldve also called me back and told me sorry they sold the last one, knowing i was coming in, so i didnt have to waste my time.
Well organized in stock. Rich & David are very knowledgeable and helpful. If the don’t have it, you don’t need it.
