The guys in Bay City were great! I pulled in right at closing time on a Friday to get my CO2 tank exchanged to carbonate my brite tanks at Cadillac Winery/ LeRoy brewing before leaving for vacation on Sunday. Even though they were walking to there cars, they helped a desperate brewer in a pinch! I hope they had a good weekend, we had a good vacation and when we got back our carbonation was perfect! Cudos to them!
The guys here were great. They answered all my questions and gave me valuable information for safely operating my jewelry torch.
I run a busy Surgery Center. We encountered an emergency and needed a medical gas immediately or surgeries would have had to be canceled. I called Scott in the Bay City office and he had the tank to us within 30 minutes. (we are in Saginaw) He was kind and never made me feel like it was a disposition. We always have A+ service from our area Airgas locations. These employees should be commended for the great job that they do.
