I run a busy Surgery Center. We encountered an emergency and needed a medical gas immediately or surgeries would have had to be canceled. I called Scott in the Bay City office and he had the tank to us within 30 minutes. (we are in Saginaw) He was kind and never made me feel like it was a disposition. We always have A+ service from our area Airgas locations. These employees should be commended for the great job that they do.
Excellent customer service
Craig at the counter was quite rude to us this morning and we no longer be using air gas in bay city to refill our company's tanks
