They were the most expensive for Argonne in the area and also did not assist and would not assist my pregnant wife with loading and unloading I called the day before to make sure somebody would be there to help I was assured yes but when she got there she was told no very dissatisfied and will never return
I have been using Airgas in Fredericksburg VA for 3 years now and I buy all of my supplies and welders from them. The guy that runs the fred. location is Tim, he is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have met that works in this industry.
Having been out of the wielding business for a long time I went to Airgas to get some info , I was greeted by 4 gentlemen as I came in and everyone there was very nice to me and answered all my questions , on my 2nd visit , I took some Smith gages I want repaired and had questions about them and the guy there spent 45 mins talking to me all about wielding , what I needed and was in total an really great talk , I cant recommend ant higher then 5 stars or I would , thanks guys your were a fantastic help and have my business fr... read more
You'll love this place as long as you avoid the lazy jerk with the white hair and mustache. No matter what you ask him he will act like you're bothering him and give you short pompous answers like he's a neurosurgeon or something. The guy with the dark hair is the one you want to deal with. He's very smart, extremely helpful and never makes you feel like you asked a stupid question.
My current oxygen supplier left me hanging, and these guys got me set up and provided the necessary oxygen for us within 48 hours. Better price all around on top of everything. Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Much appreciated! You gained a new customer.

they sold me a radnor mig welding gun it made it through 35 pounds or 3 1/2 rolls of flux core wire and burnt itself up not knowing that the cable I had bought from them was defective I had to take my welder to a repair shop $390 later my welder works with a profax 180 welding gun (you don't sell someone a gun made for a 100 amp welder and put it on a 175 amp welder) moral of story don't buy their radnor welder parts they are defective garbage that $156.00 cable sure was worth it for me my opinion is not real high of their p... read more
I walked into the showroom to inquire a refill for a propane tank, for a forklift. After being directed to go around back, I was greeted with a nod by the Airgas employee. Once filled he instructed me to come back in for payment. I asked the clerk about tanks, regarding lease or for sale. He said that they offer that service. The reason I asked him is because from the previous visit, I asked the same question to a different employee and his was response was "we don't sell tanks". Like Mr. Tony K. --- was my 1st time at " AIR GAS on Hwy 80 in Terrell Texas. Was Helped with my fathers older Gas touch set up. Told only needed tanks refilled and touch tip and even did safety check on hoses. Did not cost me a arm and leg.
