Have dealt with quite a few Airgas locations and this one is the best. I appreciate Scott's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I can only give it 4 stars due to their hours. For the professions they serve, the hours can be constraining. If you work first shift it can be tough to get there and they are not open at all on weekends.
I wanted to return a small item purchased at a different Airgas location several months earlier, not certain if it was possible. The store manager happily offered a refund without hesitation. Though it's a 30 min drive, they've earned my future business.
As a business owner, the Joliet branch fills all my needs. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Particularly, the salesman named Scott has helped me out tremendously. AirGas will have my business for a long time.
