I tried to exchange an acetylene bottle today at Airgas on Fox Ridge in Kansas City, KS On my most recent visit, one employee confirmed they had a bottle available for exchange. After I brought my empty cylinder over, another employee came outside and very rudely told me they had none available because they were “spoken for” and reserved for account customers.
