During my recent visit to Airgas Store in stoughton ma today, I encountered significant issues with the level of customer service provided. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism, and the person in charge was not only unhelpful but also rude. Observations 1. Will NOT GO HERE AGAIN.!! Being a Miller Electric distributor they ARE supposed to be able to handle warranty returns for Miller. The 1st guy that chimes in was NOT and Would MOT help, the second younger man was more then willing and did his best to try to help. If you want to purchase consumables, GO ANYWHERE else, there prices are anywhere from $2.00 to $20.00 dollars cheaper. Not the 1st time they weren’t helpful or were way over priced. NEVER AGAIN..!!!
airgas of waterbury, its a great store if you dont need any welding supplies!!!! went there 3 times for a MiG welding tank refill, sorry we just ran out!!! WTF??? keep up the good work boys! unemployment office is near by. from there i went to main oxy, problem solved!!!! rating of 1 star cause nothing lower
If I could give this business negative stars I would. Predatory contracts, employees on site violated our NDA agreement, went as far as to contact other vendors discouraging them to do business with us. Don't forget hostile communications from Management. Do yourself a favor and use literally ANY other company to do business with.
My wife is trying to make some extra money to help pay for my Diabetes medication. She delivers food at lunch and today was blocked by an Airgas truck out of Gainesville in front of the Chipotle Restaurant. She politely asked him how long it would be and he said 5 minutes. He spent about 20 minutes inside the restaurant talking to someone and then went back to his truck and sat there longer. This ordeal lasted 30 minutes. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY.
Horrible horrible service. Lack of accuracy. Deliveries take forever. I would suggest to go elsewhere, no one can provide service this bad and SLOW. No communication when they as a gas company run out of gas after an order has been placed. Sad excuse for a arrive related company.
