The Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I have spent the last three years trying to get clarifications on my accounts. I was assured that late charges and collections calls would cease until they finished making changes to these accounts, but neither of those things have been done. We've had a conference call as well as multiple site visits, including one "audit" where the person from Airgas who came didn't bring so much as a pencil, let alone any actual paperwork.
