I have been here a few times and the salesmen always appear to be sincere in their efforts to help the customer.
Very poor customer service, frequently over charges on all items. Tried to sell a 150 tank of argon for 135.00, when reg. price for 300 is 35.00 -45.00 I guess they have a preferred customer list. Beware of having your customer owned tanks changed out without your knowledge for smaller tanks.
It would be nice if somebody picked up the phone during business hours.....
Airgas on Dort Hwy is a great store with many options for metal working to choose from. Where they have fallen short is the billing department. I continue to receive bills with past due charges on it for a lease tank that I had returned (even had the invoice showing the tank had been returned and lease should have ended). I am at a loss to what to do next. i went there not knowing exactly what i needed and the 2 counter guys were extremely helpful and knowledable . i now go there for all my tig rod needs
