Had an issue with a Lincoln helmet after it being stored for 2+ years. Was more than a simple battery change. I knew this store also sold Lincoln so I stopped in to see if they could help. Even though I didn't purchase my helmet there, they went above and beyond to try and get the screen to come back to life. When that did not work, they called Lincoln , explained the problem , and got a warrantee replacement sent out. 2 Days later the helmet is back in service with a brand new screen unit.
