I don't know about bad reviews, came here for bottle exchange at 1pm on a weekday and it was super fast and they even helped me get the hosing off my old tank, shoutout alan for the good service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -- I REPEAT DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND LOOK UP A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS. My company used Airgas for several years. They were entirely unreliably and we would have deliveries scheduled that just wouldn't show up and nobody from Airgas would even call us to let us know. This store got constant Problem with no one being around. I go there only because I have to and the doors are always closed, no one is answering the phone, ringing the bell doesn't change a thing. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is. Obviously they don't care about the business
This place has everything
11am on a Friday. I'm here to make a $200 purchase. Front door is locked. Loading dock door is open, but gate is locked. No one around. No one answers my knock on the door. No one answers the phone. How do I make a purchase? Hello?? Am I missing something?
