I've tried calling this store the past few days multiple times a day with no answer. I went by yesterday and it was locked up at 1pm. I called the Oxnard store and asked if they closed the Simi location and was told that they only have 1 employee at this location. I have to say it is really sad to see a company let this happen.
Called 2 separate occasions only to be put on Hold for over half an hour each time ridiculous. Thanks for nothing.
I’m just getting into MIG welding and stopped by today. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He helped me find everything I needed and took care of me. If you’re new and just getting started, definitely check this place out!
i wish i could give this zero stars with how terribly they treat their employees.
