Great staff great service!
I was in a situation where my specimens would parish if I didn’t get liquid nitrogen into my tank! Caleb and the team on shift were more than helpful and generous in helping me fix this problem, especially in the time crunch. Honestly the best customer service I have EVER received and I mean that! Very knowledgeable group and they truly saved the day. Thank you so much!
I really don't think that there are enough words in the English dictionary to describe how kind and helpful everyone at this store is. I don't know if I've ever had a consistently better experience at any store ever. Every single employee is so willing to stop and help. They are so knowledgeable about anything I'm asking about.
