Wasted an hour and a half of my time. Went to their Elgin store to get my welding gas refilled. Unfortunately, they had none in stock so they told me there crystal lake store has them in stock and can get me refilled. No problem 30 minute drive up there. Get to the store guy upfront had an attitude for some reason felt like he was mad because he had to work. Goes back to exchange the bottle and then comes back out and tells me he came to the exchange because it’s not their bottle never had this problem but apparently now it’... read more

Friendly, helpful service
Pretty lazy. Just told me they can’t fill up co2. Didn’t even give me where to go just wanted to get back to their conversation instead of helping a customer. Won’t go there again.
