I went to exchange a 20lb C02 tank and they had none in stock. According to the counter worker their store was skipped for deliveries that day. At that point I decided to get a bigger 50lb tank because it was cheaper per unit. I never got the tank, but it took almost two weeks to be told they won't fill the order. Apparently Airgas in Ventura wouldn't fill the order except for routine customers. I took my business to Linde gas in Oxnard and was in and out in ten minutes. The manager and staff are super friendly and super helpful. If you are just getting into welding or experienced come here. Prices are reasonable!
Went to exchange a gas tank and the worker was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. "How am I supposed to know what kind of tank you need!?" "Now that you're done with your conversation I'm going to need you to move your truck so our customers can approach." Mind you, he asked me to move my truck closer to inspect the tank, with an attitude of course. Nice place but weird vibe. No questions about it the one of the employees must have let out a little sneaky stinker. That one guy looked really suspect. The sweat bead on the forehead was a giveaway dude.
