Andy helped me out. ( I think that's his name) He was great to deal with. Helped a newby coming into the trade figure out what I needed . Got me hooked up on a couple cylinders on lease and a stinger for my welder. He was a problem solver for me. One nice touch, he let me get the stinger out of the package and put a rod in it to see how it felt. Can't do that on Amazon or any online vendor. Not doing that at TS, or any other places that I know of. I really appreciated that tiny act. Btw stinger works awesome for me.

Slow, rude.
Very slow and unprofessional. I sat for 20 mins waiting on a receipt and ended up getting a hand written post-it note for a propane tank exchange. When I returned to the facility we realized the tank was only partially filled. We called and asked for a replacement and were told we could do so but when we tried an exchange the next day ,they acted like we were trying to pull a fast one on them. If you need propane just get it filled at uhaul these guys are a rip off
Way more expensive than all the other supply stores on the same street. They wanted 50 dollars more then next closest store, for a oxygen tank refill, and 70 dollars to deliver the tank, other stores in area are under 20 dollars for delivery... you think with so much competition in the area, they would be a little more competitive with prices.. guess not.. shop anywhere else but here for better prices.
