Excellent customer service at the Dover Airgas - they always make it easy. Jason goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I'll give my business to the brick and mortar all day for the way business is done there in store.
Dealing with poor customer service and a runaround on billing was very frustrating, and switching companies was a clear step to protect our business. They started charging for "Hazmat" few months back with no notice at all. Multiple times asked the branch and the main office to explain what that fee was for, no one cared to respond.
Always friendly and helpful. A pleasure to work with!
