This would be a great store if all you are going in for is to buy something and not deal with any staff. But as soon as you have a question about something, that's where the one star comes in. I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. HORRIBLE customer service. Rude rude rude. These people do not go the extra mile, foot, inch or millimeter for that matter. My wife and I entered the store looking for an argon tank and welding helmet; we weren't greeted or acknowledged by the gentleman at the counter. We walked around the store for about 5-10 minutes while said gentleman took a few personal phone calls but ignored our presence entirely. We exited the store without ever being acknowledged in any way. I can't imagine why anybody would do business at this place. Ever.
felt ripped off when I left this place. Went to exchange ox and acet. the sales guy gave me a smaller tank in exchange for both tanks. Never mind that but WAY over charged me for both compaired to other places like america gas . ox at American gas was $16 at airgas it was 29 acet was 21 at amgas and was 43 at air gas. and the tank was smaller. The LINDE tank I gave was a 150 cu ft and they gave me a 125 cu ft tank by a company I never heard of. The acatline tank was a flat top and was given a 30 CU ft cheap tank. Very disapo... read more
Attempted to get helium for my company...was told... "NO the molecules are too precious? " I called 3 times and got three answers: You have to have an account. We dont have any and the Molecules are too precious. WOW....will try the next company.... Airgas get a big fat booo hiss!
These guys are great. They took care of us and worked with us on our school grad decorations. We bought helium and were very happy that we could fill all the balloons we bought and still had extra in the tank. Highly recommend this location. Norm
I work for a large auto manufacturing company. We run two ten hour shifts. We ran out of propane for our forklifts at around 11:30pm on a Sunday night. We normally get deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We worked through the weekend which caused us to run out. I called Airgas representative Travis. He got out of bed, went to Airgas, and delivered 18 propane tanks to us. That is what I call excellent service!
Excellent, superb customer service! Very friendly environment. If they don't have it they will order it for you. Professionalism at it's finest.
This location is absolutely the worst location for any welder to purchase anything! The lady who "claims" to run it is nothing more than someone who relishes to tell somebody the rules regarding oxyacetylene bottle pickup while hiding behind what she says is corporate policy. DONT GO HERE if your time is valuable! First off, you will hear the ladies talking gossip in the back when you walk in.
