Awful experience! Came for a CO2 tank and received a faulty tank in exchange for my brand new tank from Aquatic Warehouse. While driving to work the tanks top bursted and began blasting CO2. The whole car turned white I couldn’t breathe or see anything! No can should burst during transport, especially when secured properly. That was a serious danger to my health and safety I could’ve crashed. I have Asthma and the exposure posed a great threat to my health. I was unable to work from how severe the incident was. Terrible for small business
I've been coming here for years. They best in the area. Everyone is nice and they always take care of my oxygen and argon needs. Never had an issue.
This place has me in a tough spot. I use them for my CO2 tank change out and have had no problems. My regulator went bad and needed a new one. I had my old regulator in hand and asked for a new one. The clerk hesitated and sold me one. I didn’t like his hesitation and asked for a second opinion before I opened it. It was the wrong one. I went to return it but the packaging was missing a staple and the brass nut was scratched. The clerk said he couldn’t take it back since I used it already but would give me a discount on the ... read more
