Based on every interaction I've had with them so far, I'm sure they don't care, but I'll share here in case it saves someone else an experience like this. I rearranged my day and left work to get there during their business hours, traded in my brand new 5lb CO2 tank + ~$16 for a *full* tank, but when i got home and hooked up the 'full' tank, I discovered the tank is EMPTY. Tried to pick oxygen and acetylene tank exchange. They refused to sell them to me because I had them inside of an enclosed vehicle. That is insane! Every HVAC company from Alaska to Florida stores their tanks inside of their vans. That's A LOT of business to lose.
Called to ask if they had syphon tanks with CO2 availble for immediate pickup, in 50lb or 75lb quantity, as we were in a rush for a show. Before she could give me an answer if they had them sitting at their location, she wanted to setup / locate our account and go through that whole process which I know would take long. We travel the US for concerts. Needed CO2 siphon tanks for a show. They said they had 3 tanks in stock and reacted to this short notice. Needed them the same day as the event. They were very easy to work with. A stagehand picked them up in their pickup truck to bring to the event that was an hour away. The stagehand noticed 2 tanks were unsealed upon loading. Upon use during the event, we found 2 out of the 3 tanks were used / missing CO2. Our CO2 special effects use a timer, when a button is pushed, it starts a timer, and w... read more
