Tried to pick oxygen and acetylene tank exchange. They refused to sell them to me because I had them inside of an enclosed vehicle. That is insane! Every HVAC company from Alaska to Florida stores their tanks inside of their vans. That's A LOT of business to lose.
Called to ask if they had syphon tanks with CO2 availble for immediate pickup, in 50lb or 75lb quantity, as we were in a rush for a show. Before she could give me an answer if they had them sitting at their location, she wanted to setup / locate our account and go through that whole process which I know would take long. We travel the US for concerts. Needed CO2 siphon tanks for a show. They said they had 3 tanks in stock and reacted to this short notice. Needed them the same day as the event. They were very easy to work with. A stagehand picked them up in their pickup truck to bring to the event that was an hour away. The stagehand noticed 2 tanks were unsealed upon loading.
