Just…generally unhelpful. From the moment I started the call to the moment I got off, the customer service rep made excuses about why it wasn’t his problem to help me out. No problem charging us though.

Had no problem taking my money. Employee informed me my tanks was at the back of my truck. I guess he figured I was able to put them in there by myself. I have always had help putting them back in the truck after exchanging tanks. Sorry yaw have lost a customer. Ok update they are not allowed to help put them in the back of the truck unless asked. Seems to me the correct thing should have been done was asked.
