I’m new to welding, but after Travis took his time to counsel and guide me i feel like an expert. I had all kinds of stupid questions and he patiently thoughtfully answered each one and when i left the store, i had bought only the things i needed. no hard upselling. i left there with the confidence that anytime i need something else, there’s only one place to go and that’s back to airgas. Just…generally unhelpful. From the moment I started the call to the moment I got off, the customer service rep made excuses about why it wasn’t his problem to help me out. No problem charging us though.
