My car was broken into while parked in this garage. The back window was shattered, my door handle was ripped off, and the steering column was ripped apart. The police officer told me that three other cars in the garage had also recently been broken into, with one of the cars being stolen. As i was waiting to have my car towed for repair, another car owner called the police and said that his car had also been broken into the night before and had $2,000 worth of items stolen. If I could give zero stars, I would. Even one star is too generous. I still cannot recommend this garage based on my experience. The facility has serious maintenance issues. Water mixed with concrete residue leaks from the garage ceiling and drips onto parked vehicles. In my case, it left stains on my car that were extremely difficult to remove, even after spending my own time and money trying to clean them. ☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service. I paid the $7.59 parking fee and have proof of payment, which I emailed to them as requested. They acknowledged it and said they would follow up with me. Instead of resolving the issue, they sent me a $68 bill for parking that had already been paid. It’s incredibly frustrating to provide proof of payment and then be ignored while being charged additional fees. This is unacceptable and predatory behavior.
