I started the process of ordering a cargo bike 3 weeks ago and started trying to reach out about bicycle storage at this garage that I know some neighbors use at the same time. Parked here its a good place to park if you have no intention on leaving the garage. as i was trying to get out of the garage i walked to a door behind a cage door. the door was locked and the cage door locked behind me. i was literally trapped in a cage with no number to call or anyone to help. I reserved a spot here today through the Best Parking app and the garage was closed when I got there at the reserved time.

DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU ARE ALONE! I reserved a spot through SpotHero. I was given the code to enter which was fine. However once the garage door closed behind me and I parked - there was NO EXIT. All exit doors required a physical key and there was no way to open the garage door from inside. I was stuck alone - there are no attendants or number to call - for 30 min until finally someone opened the garage door to park.
