We attempted to park in this garage last Friday and followed the instructions provided by scanning the QR code to pay. However, the payment process required a phone number and SMS verification, which was impossible for us as German tourists using an eSIM without SMS functionality. Without completing this step, payment was simply not possible. There were no payment machines and no staff on site to assist us. Impossible to enter cc# in my 1st exposure to airgarage and add to that $8.25/hr in downtown CHS on a Wednesday night. Site kept kept ask for discount Id. Will not try to use the garage on Hayne st again

My wife and I parked in this garage at the same time. I was charged $7 per hour and my wife was charged $6 per hour. This place is a scam.
