These guys wrote me a ticket after I claimed my free parking validation from Planet Fitness. I reached out to them to let them know, never heard back or got a response. Then I get an email asking how satisfied I was with the outcome. I still have not heard from anyone regarding this. I have sent proof to them of my validation and 2hr free parking. This place is terrible. Not the first incompent issue I experienced with this company.
