I parked in a parking place where my mom lives with my car working but yet still get a ticket and there are cars there that don’t even drive and they got no ticket this place is all about the money and there is no contact information to contact them but yet so fast to collect the money from you
I paid for four days at SFO and I am told via email that I need to checkin when I get to the parking spot. I try to checkin by scanning the QR code on the orange parking sign, and when prompted on my phone I input the confirmation code they emailed me the previous day only to get an error saying the code doesn’t work! Traveling is stressful enough, don’t add to it by using AirGarage! Update: the AirGarage team reached out quickly and fixed the bug on their backend. I was able to successfully checkin.
