Had Joel come out to quote on 2 split systems. Not sure what went wrong but within a couple of hours I got a blunt email saying "I will not be able to provide a quotation for split systems" - no explanation - even when I asked for an explanation. Nothing, nada, zilch! I have no idea why he even bothered to come out and quote. Maybe its because one of the units was through the government rebate scheme?
