On June 28th a service technician evaluated our non-working air-conditioning unit. He told us the reverse valve needed replaced and it would cost $2300-2400. He said we should just replace the system for $12,000. He charged a service fee of $89.95. I realized after he left I shouldn't have been charged because I have a service contract with the company. Jeffrey did a great job of installing and checking my new HVAC unit. He even took time to check inside my vents and noticed where I was losing some airflow from a small gap I would highly recommend him
I'm ABSOLUTELY pleased with the services from Air Force. We had to get a new unit replaced & Trey & Kit are the best tech ever. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite/friendly. They went above & beyond to make sure everything was good/correct. There were some small issues w/ parts but they did an exceptional job rectifying the problem. They took the time to come back the next day(on their off day) to complete the work so we wouldn't have to go any longer w/o air.Trey & Kit- AWESOME job😊
