Don't waste your money here. I had a maintenance plan and found out no maintenance was done. I have a new company now that cleaned out all the sludge you left behind. Scammers.

Absolutely worst company. They didn't install the sensor correctly to turn off ac unit when clogged which caused water everywhere. I also had them out last may for maintenance and paid for bi-annual. They won't return my calls to fix the sensor and for my second maintenance which is already paid for. Time to have someone look into this company for fraud.

Absolute worst. Good luck getting someone to call you back and to be honest, I'm not sure you'd want them to. They replaced a part for my elderly mom 2 years that cost over $1500, it failed a year later, and they won't return calls to go and fix it, either under warranty or regardless. All you get is the answering service, and they don't call back. They used to be decent, but maybe they're under new management. Either way, if I could give them less than 1 star I would. I began using this company 2 years ago and they were great, HOWEVER now I have an A/C unit issue and have made 8 calls so far with no response! I even left 2 for the owner. After reading more recent reviews that are mostly poor ratings it’s time to find another service company. I do NOT RECOMMEND using this company. I plan to contact BBB as well. No doubt it will be even more difficult to get my money back for the service contract I purchased.
