Charged a $260 call out fee to diagnose that a split system in my rental needed replacement then quoted $3400 to replace system with a unit that others quoted $2200 to replace (same item). When the excessive call out fee was questioned I was offered a 50% discount on it if I used them to replace the system that was priced more than 50% higher than other quotes to replace - no thanks, keep the call out fee, will use your more reasonably priced competitors for future work!

Thanks Shaun and team. I was extremely impressed with the speed you fixed our air-conditioning. The system had been struggling for some time with the recent heat. I made the phone call to Raj and your guys were out here late the same day and got the system working again. Thanks for repairing it so quickly. I certainly cannot fault your service.
